Money Matters

MONEY

My bet is that just seeing the word “Money” big and bold triggered an emotional response in you. Take a second to think about it. What was your first reaction? Was it a flashback of someone telling you that money is the root of all evil; that money doesn’t grow on trees; that you have to work hard to get it; be dishonest or take unfair advantage of someone else? None of these are probably what you “think” about money. Honestly, most people’s thoughts of money are that they want more (and I’m talking a whole lot more) of it. But the challenge is, if what you are thinking and what you are feeling are not a match, your feelings will win out every time.

It should not surprise anyone that money is such an emotionally charged matter, because money is essentially energy. Money is currency, or in other words, a current that flows from an exchange of talents, services or actions. However, the feelings of fear and negativity are co-creators of the barriers that build up and substantially slow or stop the natural flow of currency, money or abundant energy, into our lives.

Here’s a tool that may help you “feel” differently about money. In her classic book, “The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity,” Catherine Ponder tells the story of a salesman whose standard response to the “How’s business” question was always “Business is wonderful because there’s gold dust in the air!” And for him there was. Because he said it was so, each contact resulted in sales and people always remarked of him, “Everything he touches turns to gold.”

Everything you touch can turn to gold, too, if you “see” the gold dust that is in the air. Take a few moments several times a day and simply visualize gold dust surrounding you…well, like the air you breathe. Have fun with this. Feel its vibrant energy cascading over you, softly grazing your hair, faintly brushing your cheeks, covering your clothing, and collecting in your hands and at your feet. Squish it between your fingers. Wiggle your toes in it. Roll around in it. Make gold dust angels! Then when you are truly in that golden state of abundance, feel yourself overflowing with gratitude as you thank the Universe for your bounty.

Visualizing gold dust in the air allows you to accept the truth that wealth and abundance are accessible to everyone and that there is an unlimited supply of it. No one has to lose out. As a matter of fact, abundance is your birthright. It is the way life was meant to be experienced. You don’t have to work HARD for money, take advantage of anyone else, or be evil to get it. Figuratively, all you have to do is open your hands (or a very large trunk) to collect whatever you want. See yourself doing just that and expect golden opportunities to open up for you. Expect that gold nuggets of wisdom to newfound wealth will be revealed to you, and they will.

The Power of Mental Images

August 23rd, 2008 Remez Sasson Posted in Law of Attraction, mental images, mind, visualization No Comments »

Mental ImagesWhat is a mental image? It is mental picture, scene or event that you see in your mind. You construct mental images in your mind all the time, albeit unconsciously. The mental images that you often visualize affect your life, whether you are aware of this or not. I am not talking mental images that you visualize once or twice, but about the mental images that you often repeat in your mind.

Mental images have the power to change your life. The subconscious mind accepts these images as reality, and gradually you start to believe what you imagine, act accordingly, and unconsciously work toward making them a reality in your life. This is the secret of the law of attraction creative visualization.

Mental images, if repeated often can make great changes in your life. If you visualize negative situations, difficulties and problem, and continue doing so, your moods will gradually become negative, you will alienate people, you will close your eyes to opportunities, and your self-esteem will go down. How can you achieve success if you are so negative?

On the other hand, successful people attract success, because they constantly imagine and expect success.

Mental images are like a movie or still pictures that you see in your mind. If you watch them again and again your subconscious mind will ultimately accept them as you reality. They will affect your thinking, behavior and world.

Do Personal Growth Techniques Work?

August 13th, 2008 Remez Sasson Posted in Affirmations, Personal Development, Personal Growth, visualization No Comments »

Personal GrowthPeople often start enthusiastically repeating affirmations, visualizing and using various inner growth techniques. They sometimes get fast, though minor results, and this makes them feel happy and elated, but after a while, nothing seems to work anymore. This causes frustration and bewilderment, and makes people wonder what they are doing wrong. Sometimes this leads them to abandon the techniques they have been using.

This is quite a common occurrence, and you might have faced this situation yourself.  After reading a book or attending a workshop on personal development, the law of attraction or any other subject related to personal development, you become inspired and motivated. You suddenly discover that you can make changes in your life.

You start practicing what you have learned, and you soon obtain visible results. You feel elated and satisfied that you are making progress, but then, all of a sudden, nothing seems to work anymore. You affirm and visualize or follow other techniques, but nothing happens. This is quite frustrating.

Some people abandon their hopes and expectations, feeling they are facing a wall. Others read book after book or participate in endless workshops, believing that this will help them understand better the inner laws. This sometimes turns into an obsession of reading one book after another, and practically doing nothing.

Why does this happen? Why the techniques work at first and then stop bring results?

This is all very simple:

1) When you first come to know about techniques that can change and improve your life, you become enthusiastic and motivated. It suddenly dawns on you that you can improve your life. You act with emotion, desire, motivation and happiness, and this brings fast results.

2) It is not always possible to stay feeling “high”, and even if you get results, motivation, elation and emotions start to wane, and without them nothing seem to happen. You stop directing emotional energy into your desires.

3) Some minor goals, such getting a check for $100, finding a parking space, do not require so much dedication, persistence and skills, such as owning a business of your own or making big money,

3) After making some minor changes in your life and finding that the techniques work, you desire to do something bigger, but now you face a problem:

A) You discover that there is nothing in particular that you want to achieve.
B) You don’t possess enough desire force to achieve big goals.
C) You don’t know what you want to achieve.
D) You lack patience, because bigger goals require more time to achieve, and sometimes also require certain skills and knowledge, which you need to acquire.
E) Too big goals require a certain character and mental and emotional makeup that you may not possess.
F) Not everyone desires to make big changes in his life. Many actually prefer the life they know and don’t want to make changes.
G) Achieving success requires patience, self-discipline and persistence, and not everyone possesses these qualities.
H) Success with affirmations, visualization and the law of attraction is dependent on several factors, one of them being able to think big and see far beyond your current life style and circumstances, and not everyone is able or willing to do so.

The same hold true with concentration and meditation. One might notice of progress in the beginning, and then it seems that there is a standstill. The remedy is of course being persistence and not giving up. It is also important not to get tense or feel bad, if nothing seems to work, as it is all part of a natural inner growth process.

Inner growth, personal development, affirmations and visualization do work, but require dedication. It is as if you are at first shown that they do work, get some personal proof, so that you believe that they work, but then you need to work to make progress.

Some understanding, some knowledge and knowing about some techniques are not enough. People need to be kept motivated and shown what they might face on the way. They also need to be shown the difficulties and problems on the way, and be provided with the tools for overcoming them. This is one of the reasons why I have written several books that teach how to develop the inner strength, persistence and self-discipline necessary for achieving anything in life, how to use affirmations and visualization, and how to stay peaceful and calm. These books provide the necessary advice, instructions and exercises, and take the reader gradually and step-by-step toward both personal and spiritual growth and success.

Training and Developing Visualization and Imagination

July 26th, 2008 Remez Sasson Posted in Creative Visualization, Law of Attraction, imagination, visualization No Comments »

Some people can visualize easily and others find it hard to do, but regular training of the imagination can change this. One can learn to visualize. Imagination can be developed like any other skill, through appropriate exercises.

Don’t worry if you can’t visualize, because even if you can’t, you can still use the law of attraction. If you know clearly what you want, and you have no doubts about it, and your desire is very strong, you can still attract success into your life, even if visualization is difficult for you. Feelings and desire play an important role in manifestation, not only visualization.

Suppose two people wish to manifest a particular event or object in their life, one just visualize, without any emotion or desire, and without really believing that he can manifest his dream. The other person does not visualize, but he focuses his mind on his desire, and believes and feels strongly that he has already manifested it. Who will eventually achieve his desire? The one who feels and believes.

Actually, the combination of visualization, feelings and desire is recommended, and that is why it is worthwhile to train the faculty of imagination. It can be developed gradually, through various exercises. One such exercise is to look at a small object, such as a spoon, match, or even a fruit for a few minutes, then close the eyes and try to see it mentally. If the mental image is blurred, open your eyes, look at the object for a few seconds, and again close your eyes and try to visualize it.

Don’t get discouraged if you don’t see immediate results. Developing the ability to visualize is not different from learning a new language, learning to drive a car or bodybuilding. Training and developing the ability to visualize takes time.

I have included a whole chapter on developing visualization and imagination in my book Visualize and Achieve, with instructions, advice, and exercises.

Applying the Law of Attraction to Weight Loss

July 10th, 2008 Joann Posted in Creative Visualization, Law of Attraction, Manifesting, exercise, visualization, weight loss goal No Comments »

The basic premise of the law of attraction is that you attract what is most predominant in your mind. The energy you are vibrating will magnetize into your reality the experience that matches that energy. That is the law of attraction.

It is possible to apply the law of attraction if you are trying to lose weight. The procedure is easy enough. You just have to imagine yourself already in that ideal body. Tell yourself you already have that ideal body or pretend that you already have the ideal body. Wish it were that easy!

Like any other application of the law of attraction, your worst enemy is yourself. Sometimes it is hard to get past the reality of our situation. Having a weight that is not ideal does not only affect your physical health, but your emotional and mental health as well. Seldom can you find people who are overweight or obese but very confident and secure. With the hour-glass figures of celebrities plastered everywhere one can’t help but be painfully aware of the differences.

If you are overweight or obese and you look at yourself on the mirror, you will see an image that you do not like. It is hard not to feel frustrated at what we are seeing. However, the law of attraction requires that you transcend beyond what you see in your reality. Here are some tips on how to apply the law of attraction to your weight loss goal.

  1. Know the real reason why you want to lose weight. Your reason for losing those extra weight must be compelling enough to overcome your desire to eat and eat, and it must be strong enough to drive you to regular exercise and other physical activities. The creation of an object or the fulfillment of something starts with a desire (or fear). A strong desire to lose weight breeds passion and commitment for your weight loss goal and the energy of that desire can trigger the law of attraction and the creative process.
  2. Suspend doubt. The law of attraction is a phenomenon that needs your faith in the unknown and in your own power to manifest your ideal body. It is not seeing is believing but believing is seeing.
  3. Activate the law of attraction by affirming that you already have a healthy and beautiful body. Affirm with conviction. Affirm with belief. Affirm with emotion. Declare it out to the entire universe that you already have the ideal weight.
  4. Be an imageneer. Design your body to your own specifications. Do this by employing the power of creative visualization. By constantly seeing your ideal body in your mind, you will activate the law of attraction into manifesting the same picture in your reality.
  5. Do not just dawdle in your room with your day dreams. Take actions! You will not lose weight if you will not modify your eating habits and exercise. Remember that the law of attraction does not equate to the law of no efforts, but to the law of least efforts. It is true that your job when applying the law of attraction is to tell the universe that this is what you want. In response, the universe will provide you with opportunities to achieve this goal. It is now your job to make use of these opportunities.A friend of mine who wanted to lose weight was looking for a gym to enroll in. She has a requirement for the location, the equipment available, the people and the general “atmosphere” of a gym. She has inspected many gyms already, but most of them only fill some of her requirements not all. She “accidentally” found it when she was made to wait an hour in her dentist’s clinic. Somebody left a leaflet of a newly opened gym. It listed the equipment she wants and the location is great. She lost no time in visiting the gym and it was what she was hoping for. She told me she has been affirming and listing down her gym requirements over and over for the past days.
  6. Know how to handle frustrations. Anthony Robbins listed this as one of the five keys to wealth and happiness. The road to great achievements is never wide and easy. It is never without frustrations and pain. The law of attraction has taught us to think of our goal as already achieved. It is not always an easy order to follow, but if you think about it there are actually no other alternatives. Thinking negatively will only depress you and will not get you any nearer to your goal. On the other hand, thinking positively about your weight loss goal will inspire you to stick to your exercise regimen and control your desire to over eat.

The use of the law of attraction to lose weight may lead you to find more helpful information about weight loss, a free consultation with a dietitian or a nutritionist about eating right, finding out you’re a natural in a particular sport, better support groups, more sources for motivation, improved self-confidence, and most of all your ideal body.

The Success Industry

June 10th, 2008 Remez Sasson Posted in Affirmations, success, visualization No Comments »

The success industry has turned into a huge machine, creating a growing number of books, videos, audios and workshops, all promising big and quick success, without any effort. All these products create a sense of euphoria, great expectations, and often, also frustration. The producers of many of these products make great promises, and tell you that all you need to succeed is just a little of your time. Sometimes all you have to do is just repeat a few affirmations or visualize a goal a few minutes a day, and you will soon enjoy great success and the fulfillment of your dreams.

Can this be true? Does everyone who reads the book, listens to the video or participates in the workshop become a great success? In spite of all these products and promises, how many really succeed? How many really successful people are, in relation to the entire population?

Don’t misunderstand me. I believe in the power of the mind. I have written articles and books on this subject, but I also believe in common sense and in being practical. Creative visualization and the law of attraction are useful tools that work when used correctly, and there are good and useful books and other products available. I am speaking here about the growing tendency of making great promises and the tendency to oversimplify things.

I am sure you have bought and read more than one book, audio or video about achieving success. How many have read the book, listened to the audio or watching the video they have bought, and more important, how many have followed and implemented the instructions? There is a great distance between experiencing a feeling of elation, which people often experience when they are first introduced to these subjects, to actually using the techniques, persevering and then gaining results.

Fear of Flying and Visualization

May 31st, 2008 Remez Sasson Posted in Creative Visualization, fear, visualization No Comments »

Some people are afraid to fly. Can visualization help overcome the fear of flying? It might.

Visualize yourself at the airport, feeling happy and joyous that you are
going to fly. Then see yourself going aboard, sitting in your seat and
see the other passengers, stewards and stewardesses.

There is no need to worry or feel stressed while visualizing, as this
is all in your imagination.

Visualize the plane taking off and you on board. Focus on feeling safe, confident and happy. Look through the window and enjoy the view, enjoy the food served, and you may also visualize talking with the other passengers. Also visualize how happy you are, expecting a
great time at your destination.

Repeat this visualization 2-3 times a day, every day, always feeling this is all true and real, and happening right now. Don’t let worries and fears of flying enter your mind, and
don’t express any doubts about what you are doing. Gradually, these mental images and scenes will seep into your subconscious mind and replace your fear of flying.

I am not guaranteeing that this will help every one who tries this method, but it does not cost money to try. Give it a test for one or two weeks, and tell me if this has helped you.

Do you want to find more examples of how to use visualization for various goals? You can read about them in the book Visualize and Achieve.

Law of Attraction: Why It’s Never Too Late To Start Using It Now

April 27th, 2008 Other Authors Posted in Affirmations, Doreen Virtue, Healing, Law of Attraction, Louise L. Hay, Wayne Dyer, belief, emotional problems, hay house, law of attraction books, oprah winfrey, success, visualization, wish No Comments »

There are so many people just learning about The Law of Attraction who say they wish they had learned it when they were younger. “Oh how different their life would be!” they exclaim.

I’m here to tell you that it is never too late to learn or to reap the benefits of this wonderful way of thinking.

The perfect example of this is a recent episode that was on Oprah Winfrey‘s show. She was doing a follow-up on The Secret and more ways people could learn to use the Law of Attraction in their lives.

She had as one of her guests, Louise Hay. Talk about inspiring! Louise Hay did not start learning about the Law of Attraction until she was 50 years old. However, now at 81 she has accomplished more within the last 30 years than most people accomplish in their entire lifetimes! (Not to mention she also looks awesome!)

Louise Hay is a best selling author as well as the extremely successful publisher of Hay House books. If you have purchased any best selling Law of Attraction books over the last 10 years or so, you might be very familiar with the name.

This is a woman who has an extremely difficult upbringing. Her childhood was unstable and impoverished, and her teen years were marked by abuse.

She went through a divorce after 14 years of marriage and when later in life she was diagnosed with cancer, she put her philosophies into practice and instead of using surgery or drugs, developed an intensive program of affirmations, visualization, nutritional cleansing and psychotherapy. Within six months she was cancer free.

In 1984 she published her book titled You Can Heal Your Life based on her own experiences and included the information she talked about in her work shops. It explains how our beliefs and ideas about ourselves are often the cause of our emotional problems and physical maladies and how, by using certain tools, we can change our thinking and our lives for the better.

It reached the New York Times bestseller list and stayed there for 13 consecutive weeks.

To date, over 35,000,000 copies of the books have been sold. But she didn’t stop there. She then became the head of Hay House , a prosperous corporation that has sold more than ten million books and tapes since it started. It includes authors such as Wayne Dyer, Doreen Virtue, among others. This was a venture she started in her living room.

She then proceeded to start the Hay Foundation and The Louise L. Hay Charitable Fund, two non-profit organizations established by Louise that support many diverse organizations, including those dealing with AIDS, battered women, and other challenged individuals in our society.

Now at 81 years old, she had just come out with her first movie release titled, You Can Heal Your Life: The Movie.

So let’s do a quick rundown shall we?

Unstable and poor childhood Abused as a teenager Divorced after 14 years of marriage Diagnosed with Cancer (though this was later in life)
Learns about the Law of Attraction at age 50

Starts training in a ministerial program Becomes a popular speaker at a Religious Science church and starts counseling clients Lectures at workshops on people loving themselves and healing their lives Cures herself of cancer through alternative means Publishes her own New York Times Bestseller and sells over 35,000,000 copies Forms “The Hayride” , a famous support group for people with AIDS Starts her own publishing house with some of the greatest Law of Attraction writers today Starts two non-profit organizations in her name Contributes tons of articles to newspapers and magazine articles Appears on television around the world Has a monthly column titled “Dear Louise” that appears in more than 50 publications around the world At 81years old, releases her first-ever film on her life and work You Can Heal Your Life: The Movie

So, if you ever had a single doubt about all the different ways the Law of Attraction could work for you, or had a moments hesitation about how old you are when you are beginning to learn it, look to this wonderfully inspirational woman.

It is never too late. Think about it. Isn’t even just one day lived in complete peace worth it? Now just imagine doing it for the rest of your lifetime.

Ways To Release Self-Worth Issues And Magnetize Abundance

April 14th, 2008 Other Authors Posted in Affirmations, Craig Howell, God, Louise Hay, Manifestation, Manifesting, Manifesting Abundance, abundance, divine creation, feelings, kwan yin, low self esteem, mantras, metaphysical teachings, self worth, visualization No Comments »

When most people think of manifesting certain things in to their lives they talk about visualization of the goal, being determined, and working hard toward that end — but that is just one aspect. We who are involved in metaphysical teachings may or may not know that there is one more key to unlocking manifestation — self-worth. This is powerful, because it not only has a lot to do with what we feel we deserve to have, it has to do with whether we feel we deserve to be here in the first place.

From the teachings that I have been taught from Ascended Master Kwan Yin as channeled through my friend Marjorie, I have discovered that self worth plays a big role in our lives on earth. According to her, in the USA alone about 93% of the people here are dealing with issues of self-worth. That’s a lot.

Kwan Yin said that if we know that we are a part of and in co-creation with God, we can not have low self-esteem. She always says to us, “You are loveable, worthy and acceptable just as you are.” But as human beings, there are this and many lifetimes of effects to wade through, and sometimes we don’t feel so acceptable. Now we can recognize low self-esteem for the old energy pattern that it is and shift it. It is time.

Many times we have no idea that this is happening to us. We don’t feel like we are down on ourselves in anyway consciously. We don’t feel badly about ourselves. Yet the reflection of our feelings tell a different story as it outpictures in our lives — and there is the truth right in front of us. We will know our mind and our feelings by what we have created with them, which is everything in our life up to this moment.

I found that for myself, this issue of self-worth was causing a barrier between what I desired in my life and what I was getting, and I wanted to mend that. For me this has been going on for a long time over many lifetimes. So I have determined that it will stop at this life.

Over time I have heard some great mantras or affirmations that feel good to me to say. These may help you to re gain your connection to your soul and to the power of God in you. One is “I am a Divine creation of God and I am of great worth.” For those of you like me who still are sensitive about wanting to be humble, I also add… “as are all other souls on earth.” This helps instill within me the feeling that not just I, but all souls are of great worth, of great value. The idea is that we are a part of the God Energy, and as such are all of great value, even those who have chosen to temporarily be a part of the darker or negative energy patterns on earth.

Another thing you can do is something I got from Louise Hay’s work when I was recovering from cancer. This is very simple but effective. Look closely into a mirror when you are alone. Look deeply into your eyes and say with feeling, “I love you.” This may sound silly at first and you may feel awkward, but just relax into it. Try to really get into the feeling of it as if you were talking to someone you really care about. You will be surprised at the depth of reaction.

Another thing you might try is: “I have a place in this world. I can take as much energy as I need.” I have included this into my own meditations because I had found that there are deep issues involving my unconscious feelings that I must only take as little as possible space in the world. Part of this is involved with self-worth, so I include it, but everyone will have some kind of other issues stemming from problems with self-worth, from finances to relationships to health.

Another way to release the self from unwanted blockages easily is to do it while you sleep. Kwan Yin says that just before you go to bed, close your eyes and ask the Masters to help you release any blockages involving self-worth during the night while you are resting. You may feel very differently the next day. Then again, you may feel just a sense of ease or peace that you have not experienced recently. Know that it is working.

Remember that we are the authors and architects of our lives, and that what we feel in the moment will determine the next sequence of events for us in the future. Know that you are connected to the Source and that you carry this energy with you always. Now is the time to realize your greatness. Now is the time for you to shine your God-given light and see it reflect back to you all good things that your heart desires.

The Law Of Attraction And “Minding” Your Business

March 18th, 2008 Other Authors Posted in Law of Attraction, Positive Thinking, successful internet marketers, thoughts become things, visualization No Comments »

Is it any surprise that the most successful internet marketers, authors, philosophers, and entrepreneurs talk quite emphatically about the Law of Attraction? Personally, I don’t think so. The basic definition of the law of attraction is “like attracts like.” Another way to describe it would be to say “thoughts become things.” Everything starts with a thought. Even if the law of attraction is too far out of your spiritual comfort zone, you have to admit that nothing comes about until someone initially thinks about it. For anything to be brought forth into your life you must first think about it.

It’s amazing how many people go through life on auto pilot. They wake up, go to work, come home, watch TV and go to bed, only to repeat this sad scenario all over again the next day. There is no thought as to what they want out of life. Sure, there my be a fleeting thought of “this can’t be all there is to life.” But before any real change in awareness can bloom, the responsibilities of life choke out those thoughts and their dreary existence begins anew.

On the other hand there are those that think too much about what they do not want in their lives. They live a life of broken dreams, physical infirmity and debt because those are the things they put the most thought and the most feeling into. They dwell on these negative aspects of their lives and wonder why these aspects keep showing up. They blame society, their parents or whatever else when in actuality, their reality can be changed by a simple shift in awareness. They can regain control of their lives if only they are willing to take responsibility for it.

The Law of Attraction is nothing new to most people. It’s just that most people aren’t used to calling it that. It takes all of those lessons you learned in church about having faith and including not only your immortal soul into that equation, but your physical life as well. It isn’t merely a “positive thinking” method, although that’s a part of it. It isn’t a “woo woo” mumbo jumbo far out theory either. Just like how the Law of conservation of energy states that energy cannot be created nor destroyed but is transferred from one form to another, The Law of Attraction states that “like attracts like.” It’s just a simple fact that “like” thoughts, actions and feelings attract more of the same. It is a holistic approach to getting the things out of life that you want more of and changing your thoughts and awareness in order to attract those things to you.

Okay, by now, you’re probably wondering how this ties in with starting an online business. It should be obvious. Starting any endeavor takes thought. And if you can visualize being successful, you set yourself up for success. Make an effort to bring about positive visualization. It begins with being clear about what you want. Just as proper focus on tasks helps your business, proper focus on your thoughts helps bring your mental visualization into physical manifestation!

A good way to embrace the power of visualization is to write it down. I don’t mean a simple list of your goals. What I mean is to write a story. Write about the type of lifestyle your online business will afford you. Just write a descriptive story about a typical day, living the life you want because of the success of your online business. Be specific, write about the things you do, the house you live in. Really take your time and think about how you will feel. Take it in, generate these feelings in your mind. And write the story in the present tense. It may feel a bit awkward at first, but when you think about the things you want in the present tense and start feeling the gratitude for being in that state now, it places you in the correct emotional state to bring your desires to fruition.

Just think about this: all you have to do is think about something you want, place the correct focus on it, feel good about having it now and it will come. Don’t doubt and don’t think it’s an “easy answer” (because it’s a lot easier said than done, trust me) and believe that you deserve to be happy. I know that there are many who immediately dismiss the Law of Attraction because they look at it as an easy answer, a cosmic “get rich quick” scheme. But it is really about happiness. It’s all about adjusting your thoughts to attract good feelings and things that make you feel good.

In any endeavor, make an effort to adjust your thinking in order to achieve your goals. Call it what you want, faith, self confidence, blessings, etc. But the actions you take are the same. Ask, Believe, Receive!

Obtaining Cash Through Visualization

March 14th, 2008 Remez Sasson Posted in Creative Visualization, cash, chris-odle, visualization No Comments »

Chris Odle writes in his book ”Practical Visualization’, how to obtain a certain amount of money using visualization. Here is an excerpt from his book:

Obtaining a certain amount of cash.

Decide how much you want. Relax. Visualize a bank; It’s no ordinary bank; but a bank where unlimited amounts of funds are available absolutely free of charge.

Think for a name for the bank. See it in your mind’s eye; it could be something like ‘Universal State Bank’ or ‘Free Bank’.

As you can imagine, there’s a bit of queue inside, but people are dealt with surprising quickly. Very soon you reach the cashier. He/she smiles and asks you how much you want. You tell them your requirements and immediately they get the right amount of money out. You feel great as they pass it over, and off you go. As you walk out you feel lighter and grateful. ‘It’s also easy’, you think to yourself. Now spend a few moments visualizing what you will do with the money.”

Quoted from ‘Practical Visualization’ by Chris Odle.

You can find many detailed examples of how to use creative visualization for obtaining money and other things, in the book Visualize and Achieve.

Visualizing and Attracting Money Into Your Life

March 2nd, 2008 Remez Sasson Posted in Creative Visualization, Law of Attraction, money, visualization No Comments »

People who wish to use the power of visualization to manifest something in their life, often wonder whether to visualize money or the object they wish to have?

If they visualize money, they might get the money, but it doesn’t mean it will be spent on what they want. There might be other needs with higher priority, so they might get they money they visualized, but it is not certain they will get the object they want. In my opinion, it is always better to visualize exactly what you want.

Suppose you desire to travel abroad, what will make you motivated, strengthen your desire, and energize you to do everything you can in order to travel, visualizing getting the money for the trip, or visualizing yourself on the plane, arriving safely, traveling and enjoying the sights and the food, and having a great time?

You can of course visualize and attract money into your life. If you wish just to be financially independent, then it is all right, but if what you wish is a particular object or doing something that requires money, it would be better to visualize your exact desire accomplished. If money is required to make it come true, it will arrive in some way.

Visualizing and Meditating Without Words

February 22nd, 2008 Remez Sasson Posted in Concentration and Mind Power, Meditation, concentration, visualization No Comments »

People often ask me questions about meditation and visualization. One common question is, “How to visualize and meditate without words?” Here is a question someone has asked me a few days ago, which is a typical question:

“How can I meditate or visualize without words? My meditations, visualization etc. are always accompanied by explanatory words in my mind, and I find it difficult to remove them.”

It is very common for people to use words when they visualize or meditate. This habit often distracts the mind and disturbs the concentration. Instead of focusing on the subject of visualization or meditation, you constantly find yourself explaining to yourself what you are doing, or thinking about other related or unrelated subjects.

This happens because the mind is constantly active with thinking, comparing, analyzing and commenting on everything it is aware of. It is a deeply embedded habit, and while it is useful for certain activities, visualization, and especially meditation are more effective without it.

WYSIWYG

February 18th, 2008 Other Authors Posted in Law of Attraction, Life, Manifesting, beliefs, creation, energy manipulation, imagination, positive energy, visualization No Comments »

WYSIWYG
This is going to “jolt” you—
because it says “not true” to many of your cherished beliefs.

Are you familiar with the acronym WYSIWYG?

It stands for “what you see is what you ‘get’!”

Consider this: So strange at first, quantum physics is suggesting there is no reality until it is perceived reality. That is, no event is possible, until an observer (you) is present to perceive it (i.e., see or think it).

Stay with me, please.

Now consider this: As a portion of Universal or God Consciousness by birth, you are an individualized consciousness; a co-creator. We all are. Without recognizing it, you project outward what you perceive, i.e. see or think, which attracts and creates matching physical life experiences.

WYSIWYG!

Now listen: Somewhere along the line you’ve probably said to yourself, “I wonder where the ‘real action’ is in life?”

I know. I know. The real action appears to be in the life circumstances you presently are focusing on and as a consequence, experiencing.

Not so! You see, the real action is generated by the intensity of your thoughts and feelings, which you author internally, and as a consequence, experience externally. In quantum physics, nothing solid (collapsing of waves) appears or is experienced, until it is perceived. Therefore, what you deliberately and intentionally focus on (perceive), is what you get.

Plain and simple: Life is an inside/out job. What you think and feel is what you create.

Each day, care to guess who gets to focus attention on choosing good- or bad-feeling thoughts and the identical events they attract and create in your life?

YOU. That’s who!

So, who do you believe is to blame for misusing their power as a conscious co-creator?
“The greatest thing a human soul ever does in this world is to see something,” said art critic John Ruskin. “To see clearly is poetry, prophecy, and religion, all in one.”

That’s why life is not about finding yourself. Undeniably, it’s about creating yourself. It’s remembering always, that from a daily bank of unlimited fields of possibilities at your disposal, you can create only the world you perceive; what you choose to focus energy upon. If, for example, you don’t perceive or see wellness as a possibility, this is what you will get—a lack of wellness.

WYSIWYG!

The thing is, if you choose to perceive (intensely focus on) NOT getting through a health, relationship, job, family or financial crisis, it’s not ever likely to happen!

Know why? Well, you already know the acronym.

Not a single person avoids the consequences of their thoughts. Indeed, thoughts that go around, come around as life experiences. Truly,

It is done unto you as you think, believe, expect and feel.

Here’s something you might find useful to ask yourself: “What toxic thoughts are a constant presence in my life?” Well, good people, rest assured that whatever they are, they will come back to you as life experiences.

Since “like attracts like,” the “Eureka Moment” to controlling your own destiny is taking it upon yourself to realize,

Your thoughts are real(ity).

Anyway, if you don’t get that major life-transforming lesson, you’re going to keep getting it until you get it.

Okay. Since you experience in life what you focus energy on, it seems pretty evident that what changing the negative circumstances in your life is all about is taking a quick journey to the center of your toxic thoughts and feelings. Not only that, it’s jumping on the following opportunities:

#1: Learning to manipulate the energy of your thoughts and feelings into physical reality, knowing that the life events you experience each day are a reliable replica of your inner reality.

#2: Knowing you are here to get an unclouded picture of your inner reality (thoughts and feelings) by taking a hard look at the outer circumstances they have formed.

#3: Recognizing the events that you see (perceive) as real life experiences are separate from you, instead of the consequences of your own inner thoughts and feelings. (Yes! It’s going outside to “see” the thoughts you’ve created inside–that you need to part ways with– which is easy enough to uncover. All you have to do is answer “yes” or “no” to this one single question: “Do you feel your present thoughts and feelig are empowering or disempowering you?”

#4: Learning that events such as ill health, poor relationships, financial difficulties, and the like, are projections of self-limiting thoughts and feelings outward that form parallel physical events.

#5: Recognizing that as a conscious co-creator, you have a very definite purpose, or you would not be in physical reality.

In brief, you are a spiritual being having a physical experience. You are here to adventurously learn to transform mental energy into events you choose to experience. And, until you learn that the world is a mental construction, you will continue to construct events you do not want to experience.

The nature of inner reality is telling you that you form counterparts of your thoughts and feelings. Therefore,

In all of life, you don’t get what you deserve.
You get what you think; what you consciously concentrate on.

An aside: Try thinking on a daily basis as if your life actually depends on your state of mind. You soon will discover that what you think about or focus on, sets off precise vibrations of energy, which is picked up by the Law of Attraction (Law of Polarity) which operates much like the Law of Gravity.

What’s that? Are you thinking: “That which is like unto itself is drawn.”

Good thinking.

Also, my friend, if your inner climate is dwelling or focusing on past wounds, The Law of Attraction is always at work since it consistently responds to all vibrations, good or bad—almost effortlessly propelling them into the future. What’s more, the cells in your body feel precisely the way you are thinking and respond accordingly. That is to say: What your thoughts vibrate, you attract and physically experience.

Let’s take a moment to talk about the answer to altering a particular negative life circumstance. It seems a bit surreal, but I can guarantee you’ll be amazed to see clear and convincing evidence that the Law of Attraction is working, if, immediately,

You change your focus,
the thoughts and feelings you are projecting outward!

Make it a point, if something is disturbing you, to withdraw the energy of your focus from it. Does quickly changing your focus work? Do seat belts save lives? I’ll let you decide for yourself. What you’re going to electrifyingly discover is this:

Your reality is formed by the intensity of your thoughts and expectations.
For example, you bring into existence the fears you perceive.

This is why I implore you to give the following sentences serious thought:

You cannot create any event outside the boundaries
of your self-limiting belief system. To do so, you need
to step outside the framework of your self-limiting beliefs.
And, what that demands is:
Enlarging your definition of what you believe is possible in life.

For enlightenment to strike, what you need to recognize is that the combination of what you vividly visualize and feel, actually create your life experiences; the events that enter your life. You need to FEEL the full extent of what you’re visualizing. For example, if you want to be healthy, you need to not only believe and intensely visualize your goal, but sense strongly what it would FEEL like to be this way. Moreover, envision what you want as instantly materializing, all the while adding a high degree of expectancy. “Know” definitely that what you focus on, you will get.

There is a catch.

No one can do this for you. All this is just talk until you practice what can be titled, The Art of Reality Formation. Remember now: The universe is observer-created and thought-responsive. For that reason, what change entails is, turning around a diseased belief system. It takes stretching yourself beyond that which you presently think and feel is “realistic.”

And what will happen if you choose to do this?

You’ll “get” the bargain of a lifetime.

One fine day, you’ll suddenly think to yourself, “I can’t remember the last time I felt so good. Each day, in every way, I can actually feel the power of creation vibrating inside me. Challenges that once felt so enormous, that I concentrated so much negative energy on, no longer are a presence. Finally, I can see that if I change the way I perceive things, the things I perceive will change?”

And, so it will!

It’s a great feeling you can hardly explain. And the best part is, it will attract more of the same.

And, in the d WYSIWYG
