Manifesting with the Law of Attraction
You may have thought that you struck gold when you first became aware of the Law of Attraction. Learning that every desire you ever wanted is yours simply by asking the universe to give it to you is nothing short of amazing. The proof of its validity backed, not by theory, but by science. Quantum physics and the universal laws explain that everything is made of energy. Everything. Therefore, your thoughts and desires are simply non-physical realities that have yet to be manifested in the physical. All that is required, to manifest the non-physical seed of thought to a physical reality in your life, is to nurture that seed with your focused energy. The only restrictions are that you don’t focus on what you don’t want or you will get more of that; and that you allow what it is that you desire to come to you.
If you are like me, you thought, wow! This is too good to be true. I have been struggling and worrying for so many years when all I had to do to create the life of my dreams was to ask and receive.
And so you began. You did the first and most imperative requirement for any truth to be realized, you believed. You learned all you could about this ‘new,’ cutting-edge philosophy that, actually, has been around for thousands of years. You read the books, listened to the CDs and found like-minded others in order to learn more, and master this skill of attracting. You asked. Waited. And looked for the results.
And it worked, sort of, but not quite, and certainly not every time. Everything you wanted didn’t seem to come quite as easily as you thought it was supposed to. Some things came. That was amazing and cool. However, many things did not. That was a bit frustrating. You still aren’t driving that dream car you envisioned up to your million-dollar home or running a successful and thriving business. Like you, I thought, ‘Why is this not working for me? Did I falsely believe, even though my intuition so strongly supported me? Why does it work sometimes and not all of the time? What am I missing?’ After hundreds of books, programs, discussions and personal experiences, I am ecstatic to report that the Law of Attraction and its foundation are real. I have seen it work over and over and over again. You can create and manifest everything you ever truly desire in life. No exceptions. Every time. But, here’s the information that you may be missing (that I was missing!). The Law of Attraction works as long as you have done three imperatives things first. Like any amazing process, there are key elements that must be in place before all circuits can fire. Just like an airplane can take you anywhere in the world you want to go, as long as there are key elements acknowledged and accounted for before you take off. Assuming all the mechanics are good, you still have to know where you are starting from, have a plan for where you want to go and have someone or something that agrees with that plan to take you there. If any one of those elements is missing or compromised, you may not get to where you want to go, and certainly not in the timeframe you may have anticipated. The Law of Attraction is no different.
There are three primary steps, what I call phases, that must come first before the Law of Attraction can be 100% successful. These three phases are not complicated or foreign. They are extremely simple and natural. However, when something is simple that doesn’t mean it is easy. Since most of us were guided away from this natural knowing from the time we were born, it is not easy to change what we have been taught for so many years. Expanding and evolving takes time and patience. This, in fact, is the most important thing you must know. The Law of Attraction is a process. It takes time to become the deliberate creator of your life. As Abraham, one of the modern pioneers of this law so eloquently says, “You never get it wrong, because you never get it done.” Be easy with yourself and allow the journey and the process to unfold.
The process is this. The first requirement in being a deliberate creator is acknowledging where you are starting. Just like the airplane pilot must know where the plane is taking off from in order to know how to get to the desired destination. You must tap into where you are right now. You are there for a reason. You are always the creator of your life - be it deliberate or by default. You may not consciously know why you are where you are, but parts of you in your subconscious do know. In fact, those parts have manifested exactly what they desired. Simply imposing your conscious desires on the other 88% of your mind, cannot work. You have to start with where you are.
The second requirement of being a deliberate creator and allowing the Law of Attraction to work is articulating what you desire based on the totality of your life; accounting for all segments. Your life is divided into multiple areas of living — called environments. You don’t choose one environment to create, and leave all the others to fend for themselves. You create for all areas simultaneously. If you desire increased responsibility at your job, you don’t forget that you also love and need your pastimes or that you want time with your family. You must take into account all your environments to ensure you are not creating conflicting intentions that end up sabotaging your focus and canceling out everything you think you are creating.
The third requirement is clearing the slate for pure, focused energy. There is a wonderful analogy that explains the importance of this missing element. Most people know that when you cook, there are multiple things that must be in place to ensure an amazing result. If a professional chef buys all the best ingredients, has an incredible recipe, and has access to all the best utensils and appliances, but uses a dirty bowl to mix, no matter what that chef does, the meal is ruined. It cannot work. If you start creating from a bowl that is caked with old food (ideas, habits, beliefs and behaviors), no matter what you attempt to create on top of it, it is tainted. This is the same as creating your life. You cannot create what you desire if you have not cleared away what is already in your bowl. The way I found to remove those blocks is to go where those blocks are structured - in the subconscious mind. Through the use of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), the blocks can be addressed, embraced and released leaving a clean slate for your pure, focused energy.
By combining four philosophies into one process (universal laws, the Nine Environments of Holistic Living, NLP and the Law of Attraction) and taking into account where you are now, deliberate creation is absolutely possible and the Law of Attraction really works!
And, remember, this is all a process. You don’t learn this and then, poof, you are a master. You must give yourself time to practice and learn. The key is that you cannot go through the process until you know the process is needed. So, now you know! Enjoy the amazing journey ahead.

To expect something is to anticipate its arrival. To activate the law of attraction, we should be in a state of being where we are fully confident that the moment we asked for it, it is already so. It is true that expecting is an expression of confidence of the realization of our desire because we are already looking forward to it. However, it may work against you if its manifestation doesn’t come as scheduled. Remember that the law of attraction works with the natural process of things. Disappointment and frustration could result if it does not come as expected. These strong negative emotions and thoughts may well reverse your positive outcome if you dwell on it long enough.
Expecting can also be viewed as negative in that when we expect, we tend to constantly check if it is there already. If you are confident that it is already given, why do you constantly check for it? I don’t think it is wise to recommend expecting for the result, especially for beginners or for those who have experienced failures with the law of attraction in the past. I think it is better to let it go and forget about it after sending out pure positive thoughts about your desire. And it will come with out fail.
Letting it go is the ultimate expression of your trust in the law of attraction. It means you are allowing your desire to be. So every morning spend 15 to 20 minutes feeling, affirming and visualizing your positive outcome, then let all thoughts go and forget about it. And instead of expecting for the result, spend the rest of your day in a state of joy, in things that bring you joy, and in appreciation for the abundance around you. You will soon find that the result has manifested when you least expected it.

More and more the term Law of Attraction is gaining publicity and becoming known to mainstream America. The big question I’m always being asked is “Is it real and does it work?”
The answer is a definitive YES, if you understand the fundamental principles of the attraction process and how to accurately apply them to get the results you want.
The Law of Attraction Is Already Working for You
The first thing you need to understand is the Law of Attraction has been, currently is and always will be working for you. It’s a complete part of your life just like breathing. The Law of Attraction is always in play, believe it or not, bringing into your life the things you focus your attention on with the greatest clarity.
In the most simple terms the Law of Attraction is defined as “Like Attracts Like,” meaning “you get what you think about” whether your thoughts are conscious or unconscious, negative or positive. Although this statement is correct, I define the Law of Attraction as follows, giving you the basis to intentionally attract what you want into your life:
“Anyone who regularly concentrates with desire, belief and expectancy on a particular thing, condition or circumstance will manifest it into their life.”
Making Your Thoughts Determine Your Experience
The most important aspect of intentionally using the Law of Attraction to get what you want is understanding that it takes more than just thinking to make it work; it takes desire, belief and expectancy. You must not only have the desire to focus on what you want, but you must have the desire to take action to achieve your objective.
Next, you must have belief. When intentionally manifesting, you must believe in yourself, believe in your right to have what you seek and believe that it is possible for you to obtain it, without question.
And third, you must trust in your belief while having a genuine expectation that you will obtain your desire, even when you are unsure how it will manifest. The “how” is not your concern; your goal is to expect without reason or justification that you will obtain what you desire.
When you combine focusing your attention on what you want with desire, belief and expectancy, you unleash the power of the law and begin to command it.
Experience the Law of Attraction Yourself
The Law of Attraction is real and it does work. And, to repeat myself, it’s been an active part of your life since you arrived here. It’s not rocket science, there’s nothing mystical about it and anyone can use it to their greatest advantage. The challenge we face as humans is we make this “process” much harder than it is. So let’s simplify it!
There are three steps to getting the law to work for you:
First, determine your desire. Identify what you want, be crystal clear about it and get it down on paper. You have to make sure your intention is positive and absolutely focused on your desire. And you have to be able to put your desire into words in a way that will make the Law of Attraction work to your greatest advantage.
Second, you must align with your desire. In order to become aligned with your desire, you must “feel” good about what you want. After you put your intention down on paper, read it out loud and see how it makes you feel. If you feel good, then you know you have clearly aligned with what you want. It you don’t feel good, then you either do not believe it is possible for you to obtain or you weren’t crystal clear defining what you want.
The third and final step is to permit your desire to manifest. At this point you must expect that you will receive that which you want. There can be no doubt of any kind, just expectation that you will receive your desire. When you think about your desire from this point on, always picture yourself “already” having it and enjoy how it makes you feel.
Be Humble and Grateful
As you learn and practice how to use the law correctly you will begin to bring into your life the things, conditions and circumstances you want.
When you start to use it, be patient with yourself and your progress. It may take a bit to get the hang of it, but I promise you once you understand how it works for you, your life will change for the better in the most amazing ways.
Second, be humble and grateful. Be grateful for all that you currently have as well as all you will (and do) receive. Respect the power of Law of Attraction and openly share it with others.
The Law of Attraction is for everyone, just like the air we breathe. Use it often, use it openly and most of all, use it wisely.

Manifesting your desires using the law of attraction gives you the means to realize your dreams and aspirations in life. Using this universal law, you can consciously create the life you want to have. You get to have a sense of control over the experiences in your life.
However, controlling situations or people around you is a major hindrance in your manifesting effort. You cannot make a person do something he/she does not want to do using the law of attraction. Nor can you make a current situation instantly reverse itself into something you want using the same concept.
The thing with the law of attraction is that you just have to allow things to happen. If your thoughts are focused on the end result of what you want, then that is what you will be getting. There is no need for you to worry how things will come to be, just have faith that you will eventually attract your desires.
Just go with the flow. Allow your ideal situation to unfold on its own. Your instinct (not your logic) will tell you what action is required, so be receptive. The universe does not make a mistake. As Max Ehrmann said in Desiderata, “And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.” The non-physical Abraham call this the law of allowing which says that “I am which I am and I am willing to let others be which they are.”
Yes it would have been easy to go with the flow if only Miss REALITY here doesn’t bite. It is what is happening in front of us that sends us to overdrive and grasping for control of the situation. That is why I never fail to include in my writings that manifesting with the law of attraction requires that you transcend reality and suspend doubt.
Here is a story that I lifted from Norman Vincent Peale’s The Power of Positive Thinking. Although this story was used in the book to emphasize Peale’s formula of PRAYERIZE, PICTURIZE ACTUALIZE, it also portrays how one should look beyond the current situation in order to manifest an ideal situation.
A woman discovered that her husband was drifting from her. Theirs had been a happy marriage, but the wife had become preoccupied in social affairs and the husband had gotten busy in his work. Before they knew it, the close, old-time companionship was lost. One day she discovered his interest in another woman. She lost her head and became hysterical. She consulted her minister, who adroitly turned the conversation to herself. She admitted being a careless homemaker and that she had also become self-centered, sharp-tongued, and nagging.
She then confessed that she had never felt herself the equal of her husband. She had a profound sense of inferiority regarding him, feeling unable to maintain equality with him socially and intellectually. So she retreated into an antagonistic attitude and manifested itself in petulance and criticism.
The minister saw that the woman had more talent, ability, and charm than she was revealing. He suggested that she create an image or picture of herself as capable and attractive. He whimsically told her that “God runs a beauty parlor” and that faith techniques could put beauty in a person’s face and charm and ease in her manner. He gave her instruction in how to pray and how spiritually to “picturize.” He also advised her to hold a mental image of the restoration of the old-time companionship, to visualize the goodness in her husband, and to picture a restored harmony between the two of them. She was to hold this picture with faith. In this manner he prepared her for a most interesting personal victory.
About this time her husband informed her that he wanted a divorce. She had conquered herself to the extent of being able to receive this request with calmness. She simply replied that she was willing if he wanted it, but suggested a deferral of the decision for ninety day on the ground that divorce is so final. “If at the end of 90 days you still feel that you want a divorce, I will cooperate with you.” She said this calmly. He gave her a quizzical look, for he had expected an outburst.
Night after night he went out, and night after night she sat at home, but she pictured him as seated in his old chair. He was not in the chair, but she painted an image of him there comfortably reading as in old days. She visualize him puttering around the house, painting and fixing things as he had formerly done. She even pictured him drying the dishes as he did when they were first married. She visualized the two of them playing golf together and taking hikes as they once did.
She maintained this pictured with steady faith, and one night there he actually sat in his old chair. She looked twice to be sure that it was the reality rather than the picturization, but perhaps a picturization is a reality, for at any rate the actual man was there. Occasionally he would be gone but more and more night he sat in his chair. Then he began to read to her as in the old days. Then one sunny Saturday afternoon he asked, What do you say to a game of golf?”
The days went by pleasantly until she realized that the 90th day has arrived, so that evening she said quietly, “Bill this is the 90th day.”
“What do you mean,” he asked, puzzled, “the 90th day?”
“Why, don’t you remember? We agreed to wait 90 days to settle that divorce matter and this is the day.”
He looked at her for a moment, then hidden behind his paper turned a page, saying, “Don’t be silly. I couldn’t possibly get along without you. Where did you ever get the idea I was going to leave you?”
-Peale, Norman Vincent; The Power of Positive Thinking p. 43-44 Ballantine Books
You have to see beyond the reality of the situation if you want to change your reality. I am not saying that you should be in denial of the current situation and tell yourself that it is not happening and pretend that everything is just peachy in your life. You also need to acknowledge what is really happening so that you will know that this is not the ideal situation for you. You can then use the law of attraction to manifest your ideal situation.
All of Peale’s books include true stories of the wonderful manifestations of the power of positive thinking. But I specifically selected the one above because I once tried to emulate it in order to restore a relationship gone bad. Unfortunately for me, I did not get my happy ending like in the story because I hounded him, and I manipulated situations which drove him farther away from me. In other words, I wanted to CONTROL the situation.
Grappling for control is like swimming against the flow, it drains your creative energy and leads you nowhere. So relax, close your eyes, go with the flow with faith and you will open your eyes to your desired reality. The law of attraction works, you just have to let it be.

August 29th, 2008 Michaela Scherr Posted in Manifesting, Manifesting Abundance, Meditation, attracting abundance, manifesting money, positive affirmation No Comments »
What does it take to manifest abundance into someone’s life? For me manifesting joy takes no effort, there are so many simple things I get joy out of. As a matter of fact I lead quite an abundant simple life.
I’m talking more about big material things here like manifesting money - lots of it, business success, and living a contented life where everything’s taken care of.
Does attracting abundance take lots of meditation and positive affirmations or does it take a bit more than that? Is it as easy as setting an intention for abundance to materialize at our door step?
Well, meditation has, without a doubt, brought me inner peace and a change of perception. Positive affirmations set the mood for my day, and setting intentions enables me to goal set conceptually without getting caught up in every detail. These all work exceptionally well on a spiritual level.
What I do know that does work well in manifesting the big ‘stuff’ is: know what you want, focus, commitment, determination and the big one – do something. Also, if you’re not congruent with what you are trying to achieve, even if there’s a very, very tiny voice somewhere inside you wanting your attention, pay attention and listen. Work on what your inner voice is trying to tell you.
It may be a belief getting in the way. You might get all ‘fired’ up about an idea you have that’s totally new and just for an instant, you live your dream. What happens next takes a nanosecond. Doubt steps in, and fear and so the downward spiral begins until you’ve given up on the idea. This is an example of a negative belief getting in the way of what potentially could be a really, really great idea!
Your inner voice might also be telling you that you need to up-skill; meet more people; look more closely at what you truly value; or that it’s fear blocking your power to manifest. Sometimes we have a fear of not only failure but also fear of success.
On a more spiritual level manifesting abundance can take time, this depends of course on what it is you’re manifesting. As a matter of fact it can take an awful lot of time. An option would be to start something different, but what happens then is the wait for abundance begins…again…and possibly again.
Manifesting anything takes effort – sometimes a little and sometimes a lot, and then there are times ‘the guys upstairs’ (or maybe ‘the girls’ for you) deliberately place obstacles and blocks (including fear) in the way. This will test how serious, determined and creative you really are. It can be extremely demoralising and soul destroying to continually receive rejections for that book you want published, that CD you want to sing, that movie you’d like to star in. Have faith and trust in yourself that you can pull it off. You never know what’s around the corner.
If something doesn’t work, improve upon it, it may be that the only thing that needs changing is your perception. Get some coaching in – there are many types of coaching these days, there’s life coaching, business coaching, executive coaching, spiritual coaching, there’s me – transformational coaching, and many other types of coaching. Maybe get some meditation in.
There’s a flipside to all this manifesting. An expression I particularly love and has been true for me on occasion is ‘be careful what you wish for because you’re bound to get it’, and it may not be what you expect. Instead, your manifesting may bring an abundance of frustration and heartache with it.
Weigh up your wish list, look at what you’re trying to manifest with new eyes – and yes, ‘be careful what you wish for’, for it may not be what it seems.
Sometimes life can appear so complicated.
August 24th, 2008 Joann Posted in Law of Attraction, Manifesting, attachments, desire, fear, happiness, universal law, universe No Comments »
Attachment is one of the major reasons why we fail to manifest our desires through the law of attraction. This is because the very act of desperately desiring something conveys to the universe that something is not in existence in the mental plane or in the material plane. By the law of attraction, that is what it is going to be.
Attachment prevents us from becoming who we truly are and fulfilling our potentials and purpose. Being attached to object/situation/person means we are basing our life’s decisions, our actions and words on that object/situation/people. This alone is a violation of the universal law of life which is flow and freedom.
Wanting something so badly begets all the negative energies that prevents the law of attraction from working in our favor or not working at all. From attachment comes out fear, jealousy, greed, and hopelessness among others. Attachment creates in us a feeling of fear that our desire is not going to be manifested. This is caused by the perception that our happiness greatly depends on this object/situation/person so we MUST HAVE that desire manifested NOW. The irony is that it is not going to manifest because your predominant thought is “fear because of lack.” Remember that the law of attraction manifests your predominant thoughts.
This comes from personal experience. I wanted it to manifest so much because I thought my happiness depends on it. I wanted it to happen the next day, not next week. So my affirmations went something like this, “Please give it now” or “Please manifest it now.” I begged and begged (begging is a big no-no when manifesting with the law of attraction) but nothing happened the next day. So I repeated the same process and still it didn’t manifest. I forgot about it, not intentionally, but it was a good thing because that was when it manifested.
In Magnetizing Your Heart’s Desire, Sharon Warren illustrates the difference between a CREATOR and a REACTOR. Creator is someone who creates with the universe using the law of attraction, while a reactor is just someone who responds to the universe. She also pointed out that the word REACTOR has the same letters as the word CREATOR only in different order.
If you are attached to an object/situation/person, you will never be more than a REACTOR. You will always be responding to this object/situation/person which you consider to be your world or your universe.

The basic premise of the law of attraction is that you attract what is most predominant in your mind. The energy you are vibrating will magnetize into your reality the experience that matches that energy. That is the law of attraction.
It is possible to apply the law of attraction if you are trying to lose weight. The procedure is easy enough. You just have to imagine yourself already in that ideal body. Tell yourself you already have that ideal body or pretend that you already have the ideal body. Wish it were that easy!
Like any other application of the law of attraction, your worst enemy is yourself. Sometimes it is hard to get past the reality of our situation. Having a weight that is not ideal does not only affect your physical health, but your emotional and mental health as well. Seldom can you find people who are overweight or obese but very confident and secure. With the hour-glass figures of celebrities plastered everywhere one can’t help but be painfully aware of the differences.
If you are overweight or obese and you look at yourself on the mirror, you will see an image that you do not like. It is hard not to feel frustrated at what we are seeing. However, the law of attraction requires that you transcend beyond what you see in your reality. Here are some tips on how to apply the law of attraction to your weight loss goal.
The use of the law of attraction to lose weight may lead you to find more helpful information about weight loss, a free consultation with a dietitian or a nutritionist about eating right, finding out you’re a natural in a particular sport, better support groups, more sources for motivation, improved self-confidence, and most of all your ideal body.

June 16th, 2008 Joann Posted in Law of Attraction, Manifesting, desire, universe No Comments »
Much has been said about the law of attraction already. Many books have been written about manifesting using the law of attraction. It has become a multi-million business in the internet alone. The world wide web is filled with information about it (though you have to sift through them to find the original and quality content rather than than commercialized ones).
The basic principles of the law of attraction are (1) everything is energy, including our thoughts; (2) like energy attracts the same into the outward reality. Manifesting with the law of attraction involves consciously or deliberately choosing your thoughts so that it is predominantly about the situation or object you desire. Therefore, the first step to manifesting with the law of attraction is knowing what you desire.
The process of creation starts with what you want to create in your reality. You cannot manifest something that you cannot define in words or images. Remember that to activate the law of attraction, your thoughts must be focused on the object of your desire.
The very purpose of this article is to discuss what desires you can manifest with the law of attraction. I have received many requests to have an ex-lover come back. It is not surprising because many have been claimed that you can manifest everything you desire through the law of attraction. Even my own site has said so. Let me clarify this statement.
I believe that we are one in essence with the entire universe. What the universe is, so are we. I have mentioned this in my article the Universe and You and I am going to repeat it here. The nature of the universe is flowing. It is constantly moving forward. You can’t go physically back to the past. The law of attraction is a law that abides with the universe. In order for your desires to be manifested easily and effortlessly, your desire must be one that is congruent with the nature of the universe. It must be one that allows you to move forward, to flow, or to improve.
The purpose of Nature is the advancement and unfoldment of life; and every man should have all that can contribute to the power; elegance, beauty, and richness of life; to be content with less is sinful. -Wallace Wattles, The Science of Getting Rich
If you desire something like bringing an ex lover back, you are hoarding an energy of the past. You are refusing change, you are refusing to flow or move forward. It will be like pushing against nature or swimming against a strong current. For all its power, the law of attraction cannot be used to control another person’s will or decision because it is against its very nature. It is also against your very nature to be stuck in the past.
So what desires can be manifested using the law of attraction? Here are some suggestions:
Manifesting with the law of attraction is like ordering food in a restaurant, if you are in a Japanese restaurant, do not order Mexican foods because you are not likely to get it. If your desires are in alignment with your nature, miracles will abound in your life. The key to doing this is to love and value yourself first. Your life has a purpose. Your desires are the means to fulfilling your purpose and you can manifest your desires with the law of attraction

Love. Now there is the word that have baffled men and women throughout the centuries. And I doubt if anybody can fathom love’s mystery in the near future. Just a 4-letter word that nobody can explain or find its truest form.
Anybody who falls in love risks getting hurt. Love can cause extreme pain and misery. It can alter the course of one’s life. But why are we still hoping to find love? Because happiness beyond measure is love’s promise to those who can find it in its truest form. Those who haven’t fallen in love have daydreamed endlessly of a true love. And even the ones who have been hurt are still hoping to find it.
Filling yourself with love first is the key to manifesting and finding true love. Like energy attracts the same. That is the law. Manifesting and finding true love does not start anywhere else but within you.
The following are love quotes from famous people about manifesting and finding love. These love quotes are not arranged in any order, but I have a reason for placing the Buddha love quote first — it is the most basic and the most important.
You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection. –Buddha
The minute I heard my first love story,
I started looking for you, not knowing how blind that was.
Lovers don’t finally meet somewhere.
They’re in each other all along.
–Maulana Jalalu’ddin Rumi
Therefore, if you desire love, try to realize that the only way to get Love is by giving love. That the more you give, the more you get.
–Stranger By The River
Those that go searching for love, only manifest their own lovelessness. And the loveless never find love, only the loving find love. And they never have to seek for it.
–H. Lawrence
To be loved, be lovable.
–Ovid
If I am not worth the wooing, I am surely not worth the winning.
–Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
We waste time looking for the perfect lover, instead of creating the perfect love.
–Tom Robbins
He who wants to do good knocks at the gate: he who loves finds the door open.
–Rabrindranath Tagore
There is no remedy for love but to love more.
–Henry David Thoreau
Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all of the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.
–A Course in Miracles

The universe I am referring to here is the entire cosmos — the entire cosmic consciousness. The vast realm of interconnected powerfully pulsating energy of everything that is good, bountiful, & beautiful. You may call it God or the universal love. I believe in the pureness & the power of love. I believe that this energy embodies everything that is good & beautiful.
As you are one with this consciousness of good, bountiful & beautiful, so is your life. You have everything that is good, your life is bountiful & you have everything that is beautiful. In short, you are loved & you are love.

This interconnected consciousness is a source of power that never runs out. It is everlasting & it is consistent. It does not discriminate, it just IS. Just learn to accept & embrace your connection to the power source. Acknowledge that you are loved day in & day out 24×7x365 1/4 days!
It is also the nature of the universe to FLOW. In case you haven’t noticed we are always moving forward. A day turns into night, the sun rises, & sets and it’s a brand new day. Since we are one with it, our nature too is to flow — improvement, progress, moving forward & being free. It is against our very nature to be stuck in the past or be unable to live the life we are meant to live. We hinder our own progress by willingly constricting the flow of energy in our lives. If we choose not to move forward, the energy that accumulates in us is that of the past which maybe hurtful or negative.
The book Manifesting Your Heart’s Desire cited a story about a girl who was watering the garden with a hose. The flow of the water suddenly stopped so she complained to her father. The father said, “Don’t step on the hose.” So is our energy flow. We are deliberately stepping on our energy line if we continually live with the EGO rather than our SOUL.

The inner self or the SOUL is the one true self. The real you.
The SOUL is
… forever at peace
… forever one with the universe
… enjoys silence
… forever loved & in love
… forever
… always secure
With your true being, you have an unshakable confidence in yourself. You know you are a complete being and sharing yourself is an act out of true love and not out of selfishness.
Your every action is selfless & yet you drive satisfaction by doing it.
Every moment is lived to the fullest, with purpose and you spent enjoying it.
Energy flows freely, purely & powerfully.
Every moment is magical & creative.
Giving is easy because you know you have so much.
Love is your reason for your every action.
One can never truly point where the soul is located and one can never fully understand it unless one lives with the soul. It is you, & at the same time so much greater than you.
