These are prosperity and abundance affirmations to change your old mental programming of scarcity to abundance. Use affirmations when your mind is most relaxed like during meditation. You can use the Manifest Abundance Guided Meditation. Other recommended times are upon waking up in the morning and upon sleeping at night when you are between sleep and wakefulness. Claude M. Bristol in The Magic of Believing, recommends looking in the mirror and into your own eyes when saying affirmations.
