Manifesting with the Law of Attraction

You may have thought that you struck gold when you first became aware of the Law of Attraction. Learning that every desire you ever wanted is yours simply by asking the universe to give it to you is nothing short of amazing. The proof of its validity backed, not by theory, but by science. Quantum physics and the universal laws explain that everything is made of energy. Everything. Therefore, your thoughts and desires are simply non-physical realities that have yet to be manifested in the physical. All that is required, to manifest the non-physical seed of thought to a physical reality in your life, is to nurture that seed with your focused energy. The only restrictions are that you don’t focus on what you don’t want or you will get more of that; and that you allow what it is that you desire to come to you.

If you are like me, you thought, wow! This is too good to be true. I have been struggling and worrying for so many years when all I had to do to create the life of my dreams was to ask and receive.

And so you began. You did the first and most imperative requirement for any truth to be realized, you believed. You learned all you could about this ‘new,’ cutting-edge philosophy that, actually, has been around for thousands of years. You read the books, listened to the CDs and found like-minded others in order to learn more, and master this skill of attracting. You asked. Waited. And looked for the results.

And it worked, sort of, but not quite, and certainly not every time. Everything you wanted didn’t seem to come quite as easily as you thought it was supposed to. Some things came. That was amazing and cool. However, many things did not. That was a bit frustrating. You still aren’t driving that dream car you envisioned up to your million-dollar home or running a successful and thriving business. Like you, I thought, ‘Why is this not working for me? Did I falsely believe, even though my intuition so strongly supported me? Why does it work sometimes and not all of the time? What am I missing?’ After hundreds of books, programs, discussions and personal experiences, I am ecstatic to report that the Law of Attraction and its foundation are real. I have seen it work over and over and over again. You can create and manifest everything you ever truly desire in life. No exceptions. Every time. But, here’s the information that you may be missing (that I was missing!). The Law of Attraction works as long as you have done three imperatives things first. Like any amazing process, there are key elements that must be in place before all circuits can fire. Just like an airplane can take you anywhere in the world you want to go, as long as there are key elements acknowledged and accounted for before you take off. Assuming all the mechanics are good, you still have to know where you are starting from, have a plan for where you want to go and have someone or something that agrees with that plan to take you there. If any one of those elements is missing or compromised, you may not get to where you want to go, and certainly not in the timeframe you may have anticipated. The Law of Attraction is no different.

There are three primary steps, what I call phases, that must come first before the Law of Attraction can be 100% successful. These three phases are not complicated or foreign. They are extremely simple and natural. However, when something is simple that doesn’t mean it is easy. Since most of us were guided away from this natural knowing from the time we were born, it is not easy to change what we have been taught for so many years. Expanding and evolving takes time and patience. This, in fact, is the most important thing you must know. The Law of Attraction is a process. It takes time to become the deliberate creator of your life. As Abraham, one of the modern pioneers of this law so eloquently says, “You never get it wrong, because you never get it done.” Be easy with yourself and allow the journey and the process to unfold.

The process is this. The first requirement in being a deliberate creator is acknowledging where you are starting. Just like the airplane pilot must know where the plane is taking off from in order to know how to get to the desired destination. You must tap into where you are right now. You are there for a reason. You are always the creator of your life - be it deliberate or by default. You may not consciously know why you are where you are, but parts of you in your subconscious do know. In fact, those parts have manifested exactly what they desired. Simply imposing your conscious desires on the other 88% of your mind, cannot work. You have to start with where you are.

The second requirement of being a deliberate creator and allowing the Law of Attraction to work is articulating what you desire based on the totality of your life; accounting for all segments. Your life is divided into multiple areas of living — called environments. You don’t choose one environment to create, and leave all the others to fend for themselves. You create for all areas simultaneously. If you desire increased responsibility at your job, you don’t forget that you also love and need your pastimes or that you want time with your family. You must take into account all your environments to ensure you are not creating conflicting intentions that end up sabotaging your focus and canceling out everything you think you are creating.

The third requirement is clearing the slate for pure, focused energy. There is a wonderful analogy that explains the importance of this missing element. Most people know that when you cook, there are multiple things that must be in place to ensure an amazing result. If a professional chef buys all the best ingredients, has an incredible recipe, and has access to all the best utensils and appliances, but uses a dirty bowl to mix, no matter what that chef does, the meal is ruined. It cannot work. If you start creating from a bowl that is caked with old food (ideas, habits, beliefs and behaviors), no matter what you attempt to create on top of it, it is tainted. This is the same as creating your life. You cannot create what you desire if you have not cleared away what is already in your bowl. The way I found to remove those blocks is to go where those blocks are structured - in the subconscious mind. Through the use of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), the blocks can be addressed, embraced and released leaving a clean slate for your pure, focused energy.
By combining four philosophies into one process (universal laws, the Nine Environments of Holistic Living, NLP and the Law of Attraction) and taking into account where you are now, deliberate creation is absolutely possible and the Law of Attraction really works!

And, remember, this is all a process. You don’t learn this and then, poof, you are a master. You must give yourself time to practice and learn. The key is that you cannot go through the process until you know the process is needed. So, now you know! Enjoy the amazing journey ahead.

What Color is Your Aura?

March 20th, 2009 Guest Author Posted in Healing, Spirituality, desire, energy field, energy vibrations, life energies, magnetic energy, psychic research, spirit energy, vibration No Comments »

Ever wondered about golden haloes around head of saints, gods or spiritually enlightened people shown in their pictures? It is called Aura.

Everything is made of energy & vibrations. That’s why everything has an Aura. Aura is an energy field that reflects the subtle life energies within the body. It’s a personal electromagnetic energy field around each of us shaped like Eggshell, It is a reflection of the body’s spirit energy. It reflects our health, mental activity & emotional state. It also shows disease - often long before the onset of symptoms.

Basic Aura looks like layer of Light covered body from 2-3 inches. But it can extend. You can see colors in extended part.

Psychics can see auras. Very young children can see aura spontaneously. Infants frequently look ABOVE a person in front of them. When they don’t like the color of the aura above the head, or if this color is much different from their parent’s aura, they cry, no matter how much smiling the person does.

Do you feel attracted or repelled to some person without even knowing them? It is because we can feel energy of other people’s aura subconsciously.

There have been various attempts to photograph the aura. Aura Photography was first experimented with by scientist Nicola Tesla in the 1890’s. (By the way Tesla invented system for electrical transmission- the AC (alternating current) system that we use in our homes today & DC (Direct Current) is Edison’s invention) The Soviet Union included Aura Photography in the psychic research conducted in the 1960’s. In 1975 The University of California at Los Angeles was able to measure Auras with great accuracy.

Semyon D. Kirlian a Russian technician was repairing equipment in a hospital when he noticed something unusual. He later found that through the interaction of electric currents and photographic plates, imprints of living organisms developed on film.

Kirlian and his wife developed the process in 1939. They call it the ” Kirlian Effect” (pronounced keer-lee-an) In the late 1940’s the Russians began serious research, but it was not until the 1970’s that Kirlian photography research began in the United States.

Kirlian photography involves the transferring of a high frequency charge through a metal plate attached to a Polaroid film camera base. The finger tips are lightly placed on the film which is encased in a light-tight bag, and an electric exposure is made. Sixty seconds later, after the film develops, the Kirlian photograph is complete and the subject’s energy field is revealed.

There are many different colored bands in a person’s aura.

Each color has significance on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. The color of the Aura is based on frequency (cycles/second) of light energy. For this reason, the Aura may, and often does, change color, as the movement of light particles in the auric field responds to external forces.

Meaning of colors :

Purple: indicates spiritual thoughts.

Indigo: The color of the seeker who has inborn psychic and intuitive abilities. It represents an astounding ability in the handling of practical matters.

Blue: Balanced existence, sustaining life, eased nerve system, transmitting forces and energy. People with blue strong point in their Aura are relaxed, balanced and feel ready to live in a cave and survive.

Green: restful, modifying energy, natural healing ability. All natural healers should have it. People with a green strong point in their Auras are natural healers.

Yellow: joy, freedom, non-attachment, freeing or releasing vital forces. People who glow yellow are full of inner joy, very generous and not attached to anything.

Orange: uplifting and absorbing. Inspiring. A sign of power. Ability and/or desire to control people.

Red: materialistic thoughts, thoughts about the physical body. Predominantly red Aura indicates materialistically oriented person.

Brown: unsettling, distracting, materialistic, negating spirituality.

Gray: dark thoughts, depressing thoughts, unclear intentions, presence of a dark side of personality.

Now do you want to see the Aura? If yes take this exercise:

1. Situate the person in front of a very softly illuminated PLAIN WHITE background. A color background will change Aura colors, so you need additional knowledge about combining colors. Some combinations of background and Aura colors may cause misinterpretation problems.

2. Choose ONE SPOT to look at. The middle of the forehead is VERY GOOD. This is a location of so called Brow Chakra or the Third Eye.

3. Look at this spot for 30 to 60 seconds or longer.

4. Resist temptation to look around. You should see that the background nearby the person is brighter and has a DIFFERENT color than the background further away. This is your own perception of the Aura. The longer you concentrate, the better you will see it. Remember, concentration on one spot increases your sensitivity by accumulating the effect of the Aura vibration reaching your eyes.

How to see your own Aura :

Stand about 1.5 m in front of a good size mirror. In the beginning it is best if the background behind you is plain white and there are no shadows. Illumination should be VERY soft and uniform not bright. Follow instructions above for seeing Auras.

PRACTICE for at least 10-15 minutes each day to increase your sensitivity and develop Auric sight. Remember that practice is required to develop Auric sight.

PS: Aura is very sensitive. That’s why sometimes it gets captured on normal cameras too.

Don’t Leave Your Gratitude Behind

December 1st, 2008 Edward Mills Posted in Deliberate Creation, Law of Attraction, Personal Growth, buddha, delberate creators, desire, gratitude, thanksgiving No Comments »

Here in the US, the Thanksgiving holiday has come and gone. If you celebrated Thanksgiving, I hope your day was filled with gratitude, joy, love, and, oh yeah, lots of great food!

You could say that Thanksgiving is the holiday of Deliberate Creators. Gratitude is one of the most potent vibrations for attracting your desires. Unfortunately, for many people, Thanksgiving is the beginning and end of their connection with gratitude.

As the Deliberate Creator of your life you cannot leave your gratitude behind with the Thanksgiving holiday. In order to create the life you desire gratitude must be one of your dominant thoughts at all times.

The Native Americans, for whom the Thanksgiving holiday holds mixed messages, lived in a state of gratitude. For them, giving thanks was, and for many, still is, a way of life, a moment-by-moment attitude.

Just imagine, for a moment, that instead of needing a holiday to remind us to be grateful, that gratitude was our natural state. Imagine that with every breath we felt grateful for the air around us, with every step we gave thanks for the ground upon which we walked, with every bite of food we ate, we offered appreciation to the plants and animals who gave their lives so that we might continue to live and grow.

Just imagine how you would feel. Imagine how your life would be different.

Let Thanksgiving be a reminder a life of Deliberate Creation is meant to be lived in a state of gratitude. Gratitude is not a one-time event. It is a way of being.

The master of attraction lives in a state of appreciation at all times and for all things in her life. Yes, ALL things. The Buddha said:

Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn’t learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn’t learn a little, at least we didn’t get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn’t die; so, let us all be thankful.

And the master of attraction also holds in gratitude those things not yet in his life which he desires. The master of attraction says “thank you” for his desires rather than “please.”

Fill your desires with gratitude. Know that they are already created, even if you cannot yet see them in your life. Your gratitude will draw them to you as surely as a feeder in winter draws birds.

So don’t leave your gratitude behind. Practice the art of appreciation every day. Begin and end your day with gratitude. Share your gratitude with the people in your life. Stop throughout your day and offer gratitude for the breath you take.

Let your appreciation flow and watch your desires grow!

Manifesting with the Law of Attraction: Attachment

August 24th, 2008 Joann Posted in Law of Attraction, Manifesting, attachments, desire, fear, happiness, universal law, universe No Comments »

Attachment is one of the major reasons why we fail to manifest our desires through the law of attraction. This is because the very act of desperately desiring something conveys to the universe that something is not in existence in the mental plane or in the material plane. By the law of attraction, that is what it is going to be.

Attachment prevents us from becoming who we truly are and fulfilling our potentials and purpose. Being attached to object/situation/person means we are basing our life’s decisions, our actions and words on that object/situation/people. This alone is a violation of the universal law of life which is flow and freedom.

Wanting something so badly begets all the negative energies that prevents the law of attraction from working in our favor or not working at all. From attachment comes out fear, jealousy, greed, and hopelessness among others. Attachment creates in us a feeling of fear that our desire is not going to be manifested. This is caused by the perception that our happiness greatly depends on this object/situation/person so we MUST HAVE that desire manifested NOW. The irony is that it is not going to manifest because your predominant thought is “fear because of lack.” Remember that the law of attraction manifests your predominant thoughts.

This comes from personal experience. I wanted it to manifest so much because I thought my happiness depends on it. I wanted it to happen the next day, not next week. So my affirmations went something like this, “Please give it now” or “Please manifest it now.” I begged and begged (begging is a big no-no when manifesting with the law of attraction) but nothing happened the next day. So I repeated the same process and still it didn’t manifest. I forgot about it, not intentionally, but it was a good thing because that was when it manifested.

In Magnetizing Your Heart’s Desire, Sharon Warren illustrates the difference between a CREATOR and a REACTOR. Creator is someone who creates with the universe using the law of attraction, while a reactor is just someone who responds to the universe. She also pointed out that the word REACTOR has the same letters as the word CREATOR only in different order.

If you are attached to an object/situation/person, you will never be more than a REACTOR. You will always be responding to this object/situation/person which you consider to be your world or your universe.

Manifesting with the Law of Attraction: What You Desire

June 16th, 2008 Joann Posted in Law of Attraction, Manifesting, desire, universe No Comments »

Much has been said about the law of attraction already. Many books have been written about manifesting using the law of attraction. It has become a multi-million business in the internet alone. The world wide web is filled with information about it (though you have to sift through them to find the original and quality content rather than than commercialized ones).

The basic principles of the law of attraction are (1) everything is energy, including our thoughts; (2) like energy attracts the same into the outward reality. Manifesting with the law of attraction involves consciously or deliberately choosing your thoughts so that it is predominantly about the situation or object you desire. Therefore, the first step to manifesting with the law of attraction is knowing what you desire.

The process of creation starts with what you want to create in your reality. You cannot manifest something that you cannot define in words or images. Remember that to activate the law of attraction, your thoughts must be focused on the object of your desire.

The very purpose of this article is to discuss what desires you can manifest with the law of attraction. I have received many requests to have an ex-lover come back. It is not surprising because many have been claimed that you can manifest everything you desire through the law of attraction. Even my own site has said so. Let me clarify this statement.

I believe that we are one in essence with the entire universe. What the universe is, so are we. I have mentioned this in my article the Universe and You and I am going to repeat it here. The nature of the universe is flowing. It is constantly moving forward. You can’t go physically back to the past. The law of attraction is a law that abides with the universe. In order for your desires to be manifested easily and effortlessly, your desire must be one that is congruent with the nature of the universe. It must be one that allows you to move forward, to flow, or to improve.

The purpose of Nature is the advancement and unfoldment of life; and every man should have all that can contribute to the power; elegance, beauty, and richness of life; to be content with less is sinful. -Wallace Wattles, The Science of Getting Rich

If you desire something like bringing an ex lover back, you are hoarding an energy of the past. You are refusing change, you are refusing to flow or move forward. It will be like pushing against nature or swimming against a strong current. For all its power, the law of attraction cannot be used to control another person’s will or decision because it is against its very nature. It is also against your very nature to be stuck in the past.

So what desires can be manifested using the law of attraction? Here are some suggestions:

  1. Ideal relationships (romantic, friendship, family, business, professional) - one that allows you to grow as a person and as a partner
  2. Abundance and prosperity
  3. Better career or promotion
  4. Better health
  5. Healing
  6. Spirituality
  7. Self improvement

Manifesting with the law of attraction is like ordering food in a restaurant, if you are in a Japanese restaurant, do not order Mexican foods because you are not likely to get it. If your desires are in alignment with your nature, miracles will abound in your life. The key to doing this is to love and value yourself first. Your life has a purpose. Your desires are the means to fulfilling your purpose and you can manifest your desires with the law of attraction ;-)

Passion, Ambition and Desire

April 26th, 2008 Remez Sasson Posted in ambition, desire, passion, success No Comments »

In one of my previous posts I have mentioned Dorina Sasson’s book ‘Slimming Starts in the Mind’. Here is an excerpt from her book, about the role of passion, ambition and desire in achieving any kind of success.

Passion, Ambition and Desire
By Dorina Sasson

Passion, ambition and desire are the driving forces that lead to success, without them, your goal cannot be accomplished. Passion, ambition and desire energize your thoughts, in the same way that the electric current energizes and operates machines and appliances.

If you focus the energy of ambition and desire into your goal, you’ll make your goal possible and within reach.

Look at people who have achieved success. They did not attain their success just by thinking about it in a lukewarm way, they were moved by passion, ambition and desire. Though their road was bumpy from time to time, passion, ambition and desire pushed them forward, until they achieved the success they pursued.

Now, you are probably asking yourself, how can you produce enough passion and ambition to slim, in spite of past failure, inner resistance and maybe also some laziness?

Is The Law of Attraction REALLY A Law?

February 26th, 2008 Edward Mills Posted in Deliberate Creation, Law of Attraction, Personal Growth, desire, gravity, joe vitale, universal law No Comments »

Is the Law of Attraction REALLY A Law?

I’ve seen a lot of people asking this question lately: “Yeah but is the Law of Attraction really a Universal Law? You know, like gravity?”

hen there’s this question: Is it attraction or just coincidence?

Well for those of you who hate having a question answered with a question I’m going to annoy you right now because here’s my answer to both of those questions:

Does it really matter?

I mean, does it matter to you if Gravity is REALLY a Universal law? If you just slipped on some ice and are about to land on your butt, do you care whether gravity is a Universal Law? Let’s face it, your butt is going to hurt either way!

Long before the “law” of gravity was “proven,” people were falling on their butts after slipping on ice. Does that mean that gravity did not exist or that it was not a “law?” Of course not.

In order for something to be useful and effective it does not need to be proven or even provable as a Universal Law.

And in fact, I would suggest that entering into this debate is nothing more than a distraction.

Remember that one of the key concepts of the Law of Attraction is that energy flows where attention goes. In other words, wherever you focus your attention, you immediately focus your energy as well.. Now let me ask you this, would you rather have your attention and energy flowing towards the creation of the life you desire or towards determining whether or not the Law of Attraction is REALLY a Universal Law?

Of course controlling where your attention is focused is a challenge in this culture of information overwhelm. The other day I came across an online conversation that drove this point home to me, mainly because I discovered how easy it is to get drawn into this argument.

Back in November, Joe Vitale wrote a post on this subject, Is Attraction A Law? His post generated some very passionate debate with hundreds of comments. And it’s a very tempting debate to step into, and I did get sucked into it for a while before coming to my senses.

I had to choose where I wanted my energy to flow: To that debate or to some intention I have for some a positive change in my life?

So as difficult as it was – and it was difficult – I chose to pull my attention back from that debate and refocus on the specific actions I had planned for that day: Actions that I knew would take me closer to the positive change I am attracting in my life.

Here’s the bottom line: Does the Law of Attraction work? Absolutely. Is it a Universal Law? I don’t know, and honestly I don’t really care. It doesn’t matter to me because I know that it works. I’ve seen it working in my own life and in the lives of those around me.

Some will say that I’m deluding myself and that the Law of Attraction is nothing more than a bunch of hooey. Am I deluding myself? Perhaps. But again, I don’t care, because if I am deluding myself I’m doing so into a continuously better life!

So I’m going to keep using it to create the life I desire.

Remember that Henry Ford said, “If you think you can or you think you can’t, either way, you’re right.”

If you believe the Law of Attraction works or if you believe it doesn’t, either way you’re right. Whether The Law of Attraction is a Universal Law or not is irrelevant. So you need to decide if you want to believe that the Law of Attraction has the ability to help you create the life you desire or not. Again, either way, you’re right.

The choice is yours.

Attract Love with The Law of Attraction

February 15th, 2008 lakshmi Posted in Deliberate Creation, Law of Attraction, Manifesting, Personal Growth, Positive Thinking, desire, love, positive feelings No Comments »

One of the most common desires that people want to attract into their lives is love. In fact, love and money are right at the top of the list!

Some people are looking to hook a specific person, while others just want to find a loving relationship with someone new. The Law of Attraction is the perfect tool for attracting love, so long as you know hot to go about it.

For those of you who are most interested in attracting a particular person, I don’t mean to rain on your parade. It is possible to attract someone specific. There are many ways it can happen and many reasons it may work out. But in the majority of cases I have witnessed, you are more likely to attract someone you don’t know yet who is ten times better than the person you are currently lovesick over.

That’s actually terrific news, but I’m sure it will come across as a bitter pill. Just trust the process – you will never regret whoever you do attract!

Keep in mind that pushing your will on others is not a wise choice. The universe has a tendency to balance things out. If you attempt to force your will on another person, it is likely that someone else will begin forcing their will over you.

Instead, make sure that you focus on the feeling of being in love; the butterflies in your stomach, the constant daydreaming, and the astounding amount of pleasure derived simply from holding hands. When you visualize, use a generic person in your imagination. If you are really hung on someone, you can use that person, but allow the energy of being with that person to be what’s important in your day dream, not so much that exact person themselves.

Prop up on your bed, relax in a tub, or chill in a recliner. Allow your mind to wander off, and daydream to your heart’s content about what it’s like to be in love. Imagine walking hand in hand, kissing, engaging in your favorite past times, or just gazing into each others’ eyes. Be as sappy and gooey as you want, or keep it silly.

Make it a romantic comedy if you so desire. If you have a warm, tingly feeling, and a desire never to stop the day dream, you are doing it right!

If you make a habit of doing this for awhile each day, you will attract that special person into your life very quickly. Do not be concerned with how long it takes – once it has occurred, looking back, everything will have been timed to perfection.

Be patient and enjoy the process, and know that soon you will enjoy the manifested rewards…

Use this classical vocal technique to accelerate your Law of Attraction work

January 23rd, 2008 Edward Mills Posted in Deliberate Creation, Intentions, Law of Attraction, Personal Growth, desire, singing No Comments »

Luciano PavarottiIn your work with the Law of Attraction, do you ever find that your ability to attract your desires is a bit “flat?”

Well when I was studying classical voice (yes, opera!) I learned a technique that I have recently been applying, with great success, to my Law of Attraction work.

When I began my vocal training, I had the annoying tendency of starting a note slightly flat and then sliding up to the correct pitch once I could “hear” myself singing it. During one of my early lessons, my instructor said, “Hear the pitch you want to sing as you breathe in and then sing it out on the exhale.” In other words, as I was inhaling, I was already thinking, hearing and feeling the note I wanted to sing before I actually made a sound. It was a very powerful technique that helped fix my pitch slide.

As a Deliberate Creator, you can use this exact process to empower your intentions. Breathe in what you want and then breathe it out into reality. Obviously it does not – usually – work as instantly as it does when singing a certain note. But it most definitely works.

Just as a singer breathes in the exact pitch they want to sing, hearing and feeling it resonating inside of them before singing it out into the world, we breathe in our desires by seeing, hearing and feeling them resonating inside of us before we breathe them out into physical form.

When my instructor first shared this technique with me, it didn’t seem to make a difference. I was thinking the correct note, but I was still sliding up to pitch once I starting singing. But one day my instructor had me hum the pitch very softly as I was breathing in. That soft hum made the note come alive for me. And soon after that I no longer needed to hum the note to truly “hear” and feel it inside of me before actually singing it out into the world.

And the more I practiced this technique of breathing in the pitch before breathing it out, the better I became at it. My pitch became quite accurate and I almost completely eliminated that annoying pitch slide.

And likewise, the better we become at breathing in our desires – seeing them, hearing them and feeling them clearly inside us – before breathing them out, the better we become at the process of attraction.

So if you are finding that what you are attracting is slightly “off pitch,” or that you are “sliding” into your desires rather than hitting them right on, consider using this technique to empower your attraction. Breathe in the desire, see it and feel it resonating inside of you and then breathe that desire out into physical form.
