About Today’s Affirmation
While every day — every moment — is an opportunity for abundance, today is especially dedicated to the opportunity for abundance. Take a few moments to honor your journey this month, a month in which you dissolved and dropped many disempowering beliefs about abundance, prosperity, and money. Applaud your work. Rejoice in the experience. Acknowledge the power of the words of the affirmations; recognize that the deeper power is in the consciousness which forms and uses the words. Be grateful beyond words. It is done.

About Your Process
As you keep your attention focused on abundance, more and more opportunities present themselves for this powerful flow of energy. Abundance must manifest in your life if your attention is on abundance. This is a Universal Law. Keep your thoughts on what you truly want to manifest and keep your attitude positive — remember that you manifest lack as quickly as you manifest what you desire if your attention is on the lack rather than the desire. Do not be fooled by appearances nor be doubtful because the manifestation takes longer than you think it should. Hold firmly to the belief in the higher principles and everything finds its rightful place. If you feel incomplete with the theme of abundance, then continue it through the month of October. Our official theme is "freedom," which, for you, may be very similar to the ideas explored this month.

About the Next Type of Affirmations and New Theme
This is the last of the Integrating/Embodying Affirmations, and the final affirmations for Abundance. Tomorrow, a new month begins with a new theme. The theme is Freedom. I encourage you to develop an over-arching intention for Freedom so that you can benefit more deeply from the affirmations. During the first week, we work with Releasing/Cleansing Affirmations.

About Today’s Affirmation
After all the acting and claiming of the last week, you can now take an in-breath to allow all the riches to be absorbed into your energy field. Breathe abundance into your cells, into your environment, into every part of your life. Into your consciousness, breathe the energy of abundance. With each out-breath, allow anything that opposes the energy of abundance to release from you, without regret or guilt or resentment. Feel yourself being fed by Spirit.

About Your Process
You may want to reflect on what you have learned about abundance this month as a way of integrating and embodying the concepts. Write a list of all your learning points if that is your style; or review your thoughts while taking a walk or other exercise; or meditate on your realizations. Let this energy of abundance become so prevalent and so familiar that there is not room for the old fears and doubts and beliefs in lack. Receive the blessings of this month’s exploration. Allow to drop from you anything that does not fit. This is your process; make it work for you!

About Today’s Affirmation
All the affirmations this month are designed to prepare you to embrace fully the idea of today’s affirmation. It is easy to say the words "thank you" — you can mean them or not. When you receive a gift, you can lift your consciousness by giving thanks to the human giver and to the human maker, the Divine Source. All good flows from the Divine (or by whatever name you choose to call the Divine) through many agents: jobs, friends, talents, mountains, money, homes, relationships. Give thanks for them all, knowing from where they have come: The Divine / God / Spirit / The One / Infinite Intelligence / Universe / The Force / The Source / All That Is. Gratitude is a powerful expression that feeds the giver and the receiver. Give thanks for answered prayer.

About Your Process
Today, practice the process of acknowledging the person or thing on the physical plane with gratitude and then shifting your attention upward in gratitude. Thank you, friend; thank you, God. Thank you, computer; thank you, angels. Thank you, paycheck; thank you, Universe. Thank you, sunshine; thank you, Spirit. Thank you, knowledge; thank you, Infinite Wisdom. I thank myself; I thank the Divine. This process allows you to use every situation in your life as a vehicle for lifting up your consciousness. You do not need to go to the mountains for enlightenment; enlightenment is within you already. Give thanks and you see the Divine, abundance, enlightenment, and Spirit everywhere.

In the energy field of your Statement, you can imagine a powerful circle of abundance. Here are a few to inspire you:
